📸 Getting Started
What kind of photo do I need?
Any clear photo of your pet works! We prefer:
- Good lighting (natural light is best)
- Your pet's face is visible and in focus
- High resolution (no blurry screenshots)
- Front-facing or side profile shots work great
Pro tip: The photo from your camera roll that makes you smile – that's the one!
Can I use an old photo?
Absolutely! We've created stunning portraits from photos that are 10+ years old. As long as we can see your pet's features clearly, we can work our magic.
What if my pet has passed away?
We're honored to create memorial portraits. These are handled with extra care and love. We'll work with you until it's absolutely perfect – no rush, no pressure.
🎨 The Portrait Process
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
- Upload your photo and choose your style
- We create your custom portrait using AI + hand-finishing
- You receive a preview within 48 hours (usually 24-36 hours)
- Request any changes you want (unlimited revisions!)
- Approve and download or order your canvas
Do I pay before seeing the portrait?
Nope! You see a full preview first. If you don't love it, you don't pay. Zero risk.
Can I request changes?
Yes! Unlimited revisions during the preview stage. Want a different background? Different outfit? We'll adjust it until you're thrilled.
Which style should I choose?
Our #1 bestseller is the Royal Christmas Oil Painting – it's classic, emotional, and looks incredible framed. But here's a quick guide:

📦 Delivery & Shipping
When will I receive my portrait?
Digital files: Delivered instantly after approval (high-res download link via email)
Framed canvas: Ships within 2-3 business days, arrives in 5-7 business days (faster options available)
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes! Orders placed by December 17th are guaranteed to arrive before December 25th. We've never missed this deadline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location (typically 7-14 days international).
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
💳 Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
- Digital file only: Starting at $49
- Framed canvas: Starting at $89 (includes digital file)
- Rush delivery: Add $20 for 24-hour preview
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Since you approve the preview before paying, refunds are rarely needed. But if there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right. See our Return Policy for details.
🐾 Special Requests
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes! Each additional pet is $25. Just upload photos of each pet when ordering.
Can you add text or a custom message?
Absolutely! Let us know in the order notes and we'll add it to your portrait.
Can I change the background or outfit?
Yes! During the preview stage, you can request any changes. Want your cat in a tuxedo instead of a crown? We got you.
Do you do portraits of other animals?
Of course! We've done cats, rabbits, horses, birds, hamsters, and even a bearded dragon. If it's your pet, we'll make it royal.
🎁 Gifting
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! You can:
- Download the digital file and print it yourself
- Have the canvas shipped directly to the recipient
- Include a gift message (we won't include pricing)
Can I get a gift certificate?
